OSF’s first product, Arctic apples aren’t low browning, or slow browning – they are truly nonbrowning. A nonbrowning apple offers savings and benefits across the supply chain – promoting increased apple consumption in the process.
Our future products include innovative peaches, cherries, pears
Arctic apples are OSF’s first offering – but they won’t be our last. We are currently working on nonbrowning pears, plum pox-resistant peaches, and fire blight- and scab-resistant apples.
Biotechnology, the next frontier
